The Countries add-on is useful if you use the Countries module on Drupal. This plugin moves all your countries custom fields from Drupal to WordPress.
It is compatible with Drupal 7.
To manage the custom fields in WordPress, you need either the Toolset Types plugin or the ACF plugin.
