The downloadable products didn't come across

This feature is available since the version 2.26.0.
The issue probably comes from a restriction in the .htaccess file. To solve it, through FTP on the Magento server, edit the file /media/downloadable/.htaccess and comment out all the lines. That means adding "#" at the beginning of all lines.

Once the import is successful, you can revert back the modifications in the .htaccess file.
