The URLs are not redirected

First check that the plugin is still active and that the option "Redirect the URLs" is selected.
If you want to redirect the URLs to another domain, you must also add a redirect rule in the .htaccess file of your original site. Please see this FAQ: https://www.fredericgilles.net/support/kb/faq.php?id=31
If you use WordPress in multisite, the migration plugin must be activated on each site you want to import to. It must not be activated on the network.
